Welcome to the introductory post for my blog. My name is Cyndi and I am a Nutrition major in my senior year. I am a widow currently living in Oregon with my two adult children and my grandson.

Since my Nutrition degree is heavy on communication, I felt that taking this class would enhance my abilities to communicate safely in any medium that will be the best fit for my future clients. Coming from an older generation, digital media hasn’t come as naturally to me as it does for my kids, but I’m getting there!
